Setup: Saturday, September 27th | 8:00 AM – 10:45 AM. Vendors must be setup by 10:45 AM!
Tear Down: Saturday, September 27th | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Vendors must not dismantle their booths early.
Floor plans and booth locations will be distributed 2 days before the event.
We reserve the right to decline applications at our discretion.
Only one distributor per direct sales company is permitted.
Full payment of vending fees is required upon acceptance. Fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation.
Accepted payment methods: cash, e-transfer, or credit card (via our website).
E-transfers should be sent to [email protected], including your name and company name in the message. Please wait for confirmation from us before sending payment.
Proof of insurance is required for this event.
Paid Marketing will be provided for this event. To have your logo on our marketing materials it will be an additional $20/vendor. This is completely optional.
